Our experiences about China

I am going to talk about a group work in an English lesson. We had to choose a country and find information. We chose China.

China is a huge country located in Asia. China has the population of 1.2 billion people. That is about 1/5 of the worlds population. Most of the Chinese work in farms to produce enough food for the huge population of China. Chinese traditions are very interesting. China also has fantastic landscapes and various animal species.

The recipe we chose was Oriental Fried Rice. (link to the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnyrU4Z-QsA ).The ingredients were: rice , peas,sweet corn, bell pepper, onion, carrot, two eggs and soy sauce.First we chop the vegetables and mix the eggs with soy sauce. Then we fry the egg mixture. When the egg mixture is fried we added the vegetables and rice and cooked for 2 minutes.

This was a really interesting experience because we found out a lot about China. The recipe was easy to make and tasted great.
